Comments:The authors computed the CMF for left-turn crashes from Figure S-8 (p. 20). This reports states that there were no left-turn crashes in the after period. However, the report also states that there were 5 left-turn right-angle crashes (p. 20). If left-turn right-angle crashes are a subgroup of left-turn crashes, there can't possibly be 0 left-turn crashes. Traffic volumes for route 13 are given in Figure TO-1 but not for the ramps (p. 10).
